The T3000 series of the versatile and accurate Time-Interval & Frequency counters offer in measurement of time interval an unprecedented 25 ps time resolution, below 35 ps time precision (standard deviation, sigma value), and up to 14 significant digits of the result on display. You can measure the frequency up to 3.5 GHz as standard. All instruments have built-in comprehensive analysis capabilities for estimation of the signal dynamics and its statistical behavior. The advanced measurement modes include the frequency sampling up to 2 MSa/s and testing the quality of frequency signals: Allan Deviation (ADEV), Time Interval Error (TIE, MTIE), and Time Deviation (TDEV).
