The infrared detector is integrated with AC or DC coupled transimpedance or voltage preamplifier. High performace is achived with individual matching of the IR detector to the preamplifier and good heat dissipation management. This device is designed to built-in applications. Main feature is small dimensions and high performance.

SIPAC

SIPAC, SIPDC, SVPAC, SVPDC series

The integrated IR detector and preamplifier module has been designed especially for various OEM applications, eg. contactless temperature measurement, pyrometers, scanners, free space optical communication, laser detection, gas analysis, Fourier spectroscopy, fire and human body detection and nondestructive material testing.

SIPAC series is characterized by high signal to noise ratio, bandwidth up to 250 MHz and very small dimensions. The infrared TE cooled detector is integrated with AC or DC coupled transimpedance or voltage preamplifier. High performace is achieved with individual matching of the IR detector to the preamplifier and good heat dissipation management. The device can be easily adjusted to the customer's specific requirements.

MIPAC-F

MIPAC-F, MIPDC-F series

MIPAC-F is designed for use in miniature detection set applications (detector - preamplifier module). The device is dedicated for detectors with 2- or 3-staged thermoelectrical coolers. MIPAC-F is equipped with a fan, which assures efective heat dissipation from the thermoelectric cooler and efficient detector cooling.

Transimpedance preamplifier is designed to reach maximum signal at the output. Parameters of the preamplifier are optimized for maximum signal to noise ratio.
Detecting head heat sink is built based on OEM solution.
